All classes to be run on a surface.
Team and Individual Entries close 30th May 2022
Late entries will be accepted with an additional fee until 5th June 2022
Team members must be declared by 5th June 2022

Class 7 Grassroots Regional qualifier test may be commanded. Tests in classes 2a & b, 3a &b,5a, b &c cannot be commanded.
Whips can be carried in all classes.
Class 2a: Team Qualifier and Class 2b: Individual Qualifier: Area 11 Open Qualifier - The Pony Club Open Dressage Test 2020
Class 3a: Team Qualifier and Class 3b: Individual Qualifier: Area 11 Intermediate Qualifier – The Pony Club Intermediate Dressage Test 2022
Combination of Horse & Rider are NOT eligible if they have: -
i. represented any Branch or Centre in Open Area Dressage or above in previous years;
ii. won any British Dressage (or Dressage Ireland) points at Elementary level or above;
iii. competed at BD (or DI) Medium level or above (BD Team / My quest competitions do not count for the purpose of this rule).
Class 5a: Team Qualifier and Class 5b: Individual Qualifier: Area 11 Novice Qualifier - The Pony Club Novice Dressage Test 2020
Riders are NOT eligible if they have: -
i. competed an Open Area level or above competition in Dressage in the current year or have done so in previous years;
ii. won any BD (or DI) points (BD Preliminary points do not count for the purposes of this rule)
iii. competed at BD (or DI) Elementary level or above (BD Team / My quest competitions do not count for the purpose of this rule)
iv. competed in BD Novice Music classes.
Class 5c: Open Novice Individuals Only Qualifier- The Pony Club Novice Dressage Test 2020
Competition at the Area Competition is for individuals only and is open to:-
i. all members who are not eligible for Novice;
ii. open to any horse.
The Open Novice is to be run as an additional section to the Novice competition. Area Competitions may run up to two Open Novice sections if they have more than 20 competitors. If two sections are run, only the 1st placed competitor in each section will qualify for the Championships. If one section is run the 1st and 2nd placed competitors will qualify for the Championships.
Class 7a: Team Qualifier and Class 7b: individual Area 11 Regional - The Pony Club Grassroots Dressage Test 2018
Riders are NOT eligible if they have previously represented their Branch or Centre at PC Novice level or above in any Dressage or Eventing Area Competitions.
Combination of Horse & Rider are NOT eligible if they have: -
i. competed above Prelim level with British Dressage (or DI) or competed at BD Novice My/Team Quest;
ii. previously competed in the Spring Festival Championship.
Additional Warm up Competition Classes
(only open to PC members entered in regional/area qualifier classes):
Tests can be commanded in these classes, entries will be restricted, entries accepted in order of receipt/correct payment
Entry Fee: £20.00 per competitor to include First Aid. Classes 1, 4 and 6 are not qualifiers for The Pony Club Championships.
Class 1: PC 100 Eventing Test 2015 (warm up for Classes 2 and 3)
Note: class 2 open competitors are welcome to enter warm up class 1. Depending on numbers, those entrants, in fairness to other competitors, may either be entered HC or as a separate section if numbers allow.
Class 4: PC 90 Eventing Test 2013 (warm up for Classes 5a and 5b)
Note: Class 5a and b Open Novice competitors are welcome to enter warm up class 2. Depending on numbers, those entrants, in fairness to other competitors, may either be entered HC or as a separate section if numbers allow.
Class 6: PC Introduction to Dressage Test 2019 (warm up for Class 7)

Early entry advised as classes may close early if full and entries may not be accepted.
